Stickleback Fish Company offers quality, wild seafood caught by a handful of fisherman from Homer, Alaska. A fishermen’s direct market company, we catch and sell fresh, sushi-grade salmon from Cook Inlet, as well as artisan lox, smoked, and pickled salmon and black cod.

Our products are available at our seafood market on East End Road in Homer, Alaska, and through online orders.

Built on a high-quality, low-volume model, we take care of the fish like we should: bleeding, icing, floating, not wasting meat. Our prices reflect that we are trying to pay our people a decent wage, and when we buy fish, we are trying to offer a fair price.

Catching and curing fish is a living tradition here in Alaska, bringing together techniques from Alaska Natives and the people who immigrated here — it feels good to be part of that ancient heritage.
